Total System Failure is the working title for an independent research project on abuses of power, systemic harassment, and cover-ups in the humanitarian aid, development, and NGO sector.

EWB publishes a yearly Failure Report and has championed the idea of “Admitting Failure.” We haven’t seen them live up to that, so we are doing it for them.
